Tekiah Tunstall

Tekiah Tunstall is a dynamic, results-driven Senior IT Business Analyst with extensive experience managing complex IT environments through process optimization, strategy development, and technology innovation. She maintains a proven track record of combining data-backed business insights with keen interpersonal skills to influence lasting change. Further, she has earned respect as a diligent, forward-thinking leader and collaborator who guides team members in successfully realizing project objectives on time and under budget while exceeding stringent expectations. 


As an out-of-the-box thinker, Tekiah remains fully committed to making continuous improvements in planning, process, technology utilization, and stakeholder engagement to enable long-term growth. Tekiah currently leverages her talents to optimize ERP and supply chain processes at Bosma Enterprises, where her contributions include spearheading a critical ERP replacement project aimed at boosting forecasting capabilities and operational efficiency. She also managed planning and execution of a major ERP/financial systems upgrade, ensuring timely fulfillment of all milestones and deliverables. 


Tekiah previously functioned as Bosma Enterprises’ ERP Business Analyst. In that role, she employed both cutting-edge and industry-standard tools and technologies to effectively support, advise, and strengthen the Customer Service, Warehouse, Production, and Accounting functional areas. She also created and implemented a detailed ERP process to drive on-time shipping of fulfilled orders. As a change agent, she often manages up, down and laterally across an organization’s hierarchy to complete milestones and meet objectives. She had the opportunity to drive change in both professionally and while serving in a leadership capacity at two prominent non-profits: one being the Exchange at the Indianapolis Urban League and the other being the United Way of Central Indiana – Diversity Leadership Circle. Her experiences in the workforce and volunteering efforts have allowed her to effect positive change with each entity she’s part of and she plans to continue this work within Indianapolis. 


Tekiah also served as chair of the Indianapolis Professionals chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers where her chapter received recognition as Regional Chapter of the Year. In addition to her professional experience, Tekiah possesses exemplary educational qualifications, including a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology, Networking Option from Purdue School of Engineering and Technology, combined with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
